Do OP in training have creative mode? And do OP in training get to fly?

@donuts - OPit's do get fly mode. OPit's will not have 'creative mode' though. No OPs have 'Creative Mode' in the main world. Some OPs have 'creative mode' in RS School world and City World to help develope the land. RS School World and City World are both 'Creative Mode' style maps, that may have 'Creative Mode' given to select players who become an 'Architect' rank. It's possible, but not decided yet that we have have a general 'Creative Mode' worlld. The new admins (Aeonex, Jeffadore, and EducatedPizza) will discuss this.

they might have /fly command, I'm not sure but OPs definitely have it.
