Theres a whole lot of stuff that can be put in. We could make a thread and discuss the funiest things to be put in. It'd be awesome.
But let's not get ahead of ourselves, we still don't know if it'll be compatible with the latest bukkit version like I mentioned above.

I agree that it would be easier to go through if the suggestions were on their own thread, but perhaps if we collected enough suggestions for messages, it would make it seem like a more worthwhile idea. Anyway we did have this plugin before I think (we might still have it... I saw a death message of "player hit the ground too hard" earlier), it might be built into bukkit for all I know. I like the idea of it and hope fishy figures out how to customize it in his spare time =)
