VIF Minecraft1365 was banned today for disrespect, cursing, speaking in caps and for spamming.
He saw an Enderdragon and started cursing and spamming in caps. I asked him politely to stop, but he continued. I muted him for a few minutes then unmuted him again. When he returned he continued to speak in caps.
He also insulted me and told jjcheung24 and I that he was “superior” because he knew Aeon. After that I muted and jailed him. He then repeatedly re-logged in order to cause spam. That was when I banned him.
Shortly after that TFG joined and accused me for breaking an OP rule. According to him a few OPs have to agree before banning. He asked me to unban Minecraft so that he could apologise, but I felt that Minecraft had sufficient warning to stop with the bad behaviour. I told TFG that Minecraft could appeal on the forums.
TFG then got overly self-assertive by telling me that Minecraft would be unbanned in about 2 hours.
At that point TFG started threatening me by saing: “he (Minecraft) will be back I assure you he will win the ban appeal then we shall see”.
Since Minecraft was an OP he should be aware of the rules and obide by them.

since mc does not have a forum account i will say sorry on his behalf and i am still pretty sure that a certain number of ops need to agree with the ban and i stick by my words in defense of my friend we all know that ender dragon must have been someone in mob disguise and is the sole reason for this whole problem in the first place mc dose not deserve to be banned he has been a op since alpha has banned tons of griefers now its been treated like he just blew up rose castle he is sorry for what he did he even offered a calm talk with rondo to clear the air he promised no swearing no caps but rondo just declined the offer.

Listen, first off, MC needs to make his own account and appeal if he wants to be unbanned. Secondly, you do not need multiple OPs for a ban, but regardless, I agree with this ban. This kind of incident has occurred numerous times, none of which I am aware of have ended in bans. Seeing an enderdragon is no reason for a random outburst like this. Like Rondo said, MC is/was an OP, so he should very well know the rules. Just because someone is an OP or has been on the server for a long time, does not mean they get special treatment.

But as we know mc has a short temper and likes to express himself using caps also he wont ever go on forums or facebook so getting him to appear on here wont happen and i know that just because he was an op he wont get special treatment but it still think he dose not deserve to just be banned like THAT he was going to say sorry way before he was banned but he was muted and who have we got to thank for that.

I wholeheartedly agree, justin. It looks like he was actually arguing against the rules haha silly minecraft. I've seen him come on and do the same plenty of times... he's had his warnings.
forsaken, I seem to remember a rule like that for banning OPs back in the day, but we ban first and deal with it later when people are cursing and spamming. I see no reason to revoke this ban... he's built up enough crap to earn him a month's ban at the least.
even if he was going to apologize, he chose a weird way to communicate it. If he were any other player, we would have done the same ban ...probably even sooner.

TFG, just want to point out that even if using caps and swearing is his way of "expressing himself," that definitely does not make it OK. He should have learned from the many times of doing this that it is not alright to do. Short temper or not, he still needs to abide by the rules.

Guys the part with the Enrdragon was mob disguise it also happened before cause there were zombie pigmen in real world, Herobrine and Notch... And also TFG don't appeal for someone else they have to appeal for them selves.

meh i believe in forgiveness but Minecraft has to make a fourms account and appeal himself if he wants to be unbanned. I always like to see the apology letters for rage bans in minecraft.
We do have a lot in common.
The same earth, the same air, the same sky.
Maybe if we started looking at what's the same... instead of always looking at what's different, well, who knows?

@OPs - You handled this well and respectfully. Thank you. I agree with how this was handled. Thanks for watching the rules closely. How long is the tempban for?
@TFG - There's nothing personal from anyone here against you or MC. The OPs are just doing what they have been asked to do. They just follow the /rules, the same as most everyone does. Simply put MC broken the rules, was warned, and kept breaking the rules. I'm not aware of any rules that say multiple OPs must agree for a ban. Simply put any OP can ban any OP or rank less than them. The main reason is they keep this server with a 'Family Friendly' environment based on our /rules. I hope MC understands this was not personal. You said MC won't 1) email me directly, 2) Make a forum.cfew.us account, 3) Contact me on facebook? It would be best if we could hear from him directly and have him appeal his ban. This is what most users do, and we often forgive the ban on something like this. If he can email me let me know. Can he make a free email account just for emailing me. Like yahoo.com or gmail.com or hotmail.com ?? If he can do this, then he could have his own CFEW forum account or email me directly. If so, have him do this, and contact me. He's welcome to explain his story and/or just appeal.

right now i am getting pretty sick of this i have told mc what you guys have said and he is as annoyed as i am i have told you people before so this time i shall spell it out a bit more clearly
