@DJ to be fair you trolled, harassed and disrespected your way through at least a month before getting banned for it. I know you feel you were banned for the one instance because you got away with or were only warned for the rest, but we still remember all the crap you pulled.
You have contributed a lot to the server and it's not just because of that that I think you can be unbanned now, but weigh all the bad too.

Dj's excessive trolling escapades are still as fresh in my mind as anyone, but so are the countless other members that we have unbanned after griefing/hacking/duping/trolling. Although what DJ did was wrong, has he not served his punishment? He has certainly been banned a lot longer than anyone else that has appealed in the past.

Sorry DJ, but I'm not letting that slide.
You abused your own position as an OP, went against some of the rules yourself, trolled, swore, were disrespectful, and acted cocky all the while when you were getting away with it. Were you a normal player, and you didn't have a position that was being abused, then yeah, you would've got off lighter and a lot sooner, maybe so even if you didn't have the history of being an OP who abused their position in one way or another... but what you fail to recognise is your actions on the whole were just untollerable. You cannot use the support you've given as a "get out of jail free" card. Nobody can deny that you did help, but it doesn't give you the right to do what you did in the past. Yet you still justify yourself with that. You were an OP, and really an OP shouldn't act the way you did some of the times... It's even made this appeal trickier (I don't know about others, but I think the whole fact DJ was an OP possibly made things more awkward to deal with).
The whole reason why ban evasion and using alt accounts isn't good is because it shows you'd learnt nothing at the time; probably hadn't thought about the reason you were banned at all, and if anything, showed you couldn't give a "firetruck" about the fact you'd been banned, or the rules for that matter. Banning a player is to prevent a them from playing or enjoying the server after they've had their chances there, not JUST to stop them causing further harm. It's punishment. You didn't take that seriously, so you made your own problems worse in that. This has all been said before...
Having said that, I'm not just trying to say I don't think you deserve unbanning. I am still wary, but I can also understand the anger you will have had at the time when you were banned, and that sometimes you only did some of the lesser things for a laugh or to be friendly. But this, along with the what you had given us, and the grudge you held against the one SuperOP who you feel wronged you, doesn't give you any justification for any wrong actions you carried out. Just because someone's thankful for a cake, doesn't mean they've got no right to be angry if the same guy then kicks them in the balls. (crude I know, but you get my meaning)
All in all, you were usually an awesome, and fun player around the server, and probably one of the best (if not the best) redstone builders we've had. I'm going to be honest, I've kinda missed the server music livestream you'd do, and I do think it'd be good to have ya back in general. But you still did leave us feeling betrayed by your actions, and it still seems like you couldn't really give a damn.
This is just how I feel overall, and I think it'll be my last word on it.
I think you should take things seriously if you do want back DJ, even if it means sucking up a bit of pride, or admitting fault even if you don't really see the big deal. I think most players have decided it'd be okay to let ya back, and I wouldn't disagree with it. Just try not to be an ass and screw things up if ya do, okay? =P
No hard feelings from me, couldn't give a toss if there's hard feelings from you after reading this lot, lol. Take it how ya want, and I'll cya round.

Hey, why not just demote him and bring him back? Put him at like b5 and let him regain his trust. I haven't seen dj on the server ever (I think he got banned a month before I got on). But, I do believe in (insert number 2 or higher) chances. I heard poppy has been banned a handful of times. Why not let him have a "supervised" visit??? Do u know how it feels to have something you like taken away? Like when someone took your favorite toy away? It makes u want to have it back. So what I am saying is: dj has probably gotten lonely or something and he wants to come back. Anyways dj got banned once. If I screwed up something in front of my mom and I got in trouble, she wouldn't just put me on the side of the street cause I'm not perfect. I have trolled a few times on chat, but I don't think that you can keep dj away forever. I am diagnosing dj with.... Cfew-deficiency. We should prescribe him with "supervised" visits, like I said before, well I have typed this entire thing on my IPod touch and my finger is starting to cramp and I gotta go to sleep now. Cya later!

Pft, if you unban him, make him start the whole [censor] ranking game over again. I advise against unbanning, and that is all I have to say on the matter.

yes, stop using poppy as an excuse to get more chances... she acted no where near as bad as DJ did, that's just insulting to compare. And blue, we're not his mom and have no responsibility for how he was brought up/acts now, that's an unequal metaphor if I've ever seen one. If anything, DJ's our drunk dad who breaks house rules that Mommy fish makes right in front of their kids. He was so old and we didn't want to send him to a home until we had had enough of his shotgun holes in our bedroom walls. Not that I have a drunk grandpa, my grandpas were/are awesome.

In my defense, I trolled. Whoop whoop big deal, all of you seem to get extremely butthurt over a little trolling. Its not like I griefed. Would not verbal < physical? If someone killed someone else its a crime, but saying you're going to murder someone is treated as a threat not a crime.

DJ, part of apologising for your ban, or apologising in general, is not only showing remorse for your actions, but an explicit repentance and turning away from those same actions again in the future. Instead of attempting to diffuse the results of your ban, perhaps we could look at it more responsibly? Try to find reasons or logic to prevent further problems in the future?
