Hmm, as Fire did state, it's possible someone else "hacked"/ had access to her account. It's unsure what really happened, but it does seem uncharacteristic of her. I would say lift the ban, as it's a first offense, but obviously with a warning.
@CupPanda - You need to make sure not to leave your computer on with minecraft running, if you feel someone else may try to access your computer and do things like griefing, or generally just ensure you are the only person who can access your account. That might have to include changing your password, and not having it saved if you think it's necessary. If it's not the case that someone else did this on your account, then you need to be more careful with your own actions.
I personally hope you are allowed a second chance; as I said, this doesn't seem like something you would do intentionally, so I feel we should give the benefit of the doubt, at least once.
