Fimbe did agree to return items I think, but lied, and instead just lured players into PVP for their items. This dishonesty was why he was banned, he had been warned, and spoken to about this, but refused to stop. I personally issued one last chance, that if he continued being dishonest and lured another player into PVP, then he would be banned for creating drama on the server, because of his ill intent. He wasted this chance and was banned promptly after.

Not sure what he took, but what he griefed and took in PVP doesn't really matter. He wasn't banned for killing others in particular, but for the way in which he did so.

Your just trying to get him out of trouble i can say that i have seen him promise to give back items have you read the post fully and seen the images also ops say they have seen him and have checked chat logs i think what blue posted was evidence of the spamming hes been warned by ops and he continued to do it

if he knows about the forums why doesn't he appeal the ban?

So are you saying that you would have unbanned your friend (if you weren't "only" T6) just because you are friends and he is asking you repeatedly to do so?

Skylord had been warned more than once; he chose to ignore the warnings.

Donuts, you are also saying that the PVP sign says that "you can keep the loot". If so, why did you make a huge scene earlier this week when you lost a PVP fight and a player didn't want to return your items? (Although you asked for givebacks, it seemed like the other player missed that "rule".) After the fight you spammed by repeatedly calling this player a "cheater".

My apologies if this is a bit off-topic.

I also agree with Acid and others that Skylord should handle his own appeal.

Donuts, we have had several other players complaining of him being dishohest, and not only that, it is not difficult to gather the proof from the chat logs. I said "I think" because I am not personally going to go through the chat logs, but asside from that, he also lied when he was using another account to play, to get around his ban. (pretending his account fimbe6 was not him, when actually he used both accounts skylord_fimbe, and fimbe6) This much is definite, and he has gone against my word as an OP when being told to not be this dishonest again or cause any more drama.
As mentioned, his ban was for causing drama amongst other players, and ruining other people's fun on the server by lying. Do not continue saying we do not have proof and there is little warrant to ban him, this proof is very easy to obtain. If that is what you wish, for proof of that to be shown here, I will ask one of the Admins to obtain the chat logs of each time he has asked another player to pvp with him. This whole ban is for bad conduct within PVP world, I'm pretty sure several other players are being disciplined for misconduct as well, for similar things with PVP.

Actually he didnt really hack my account i told him my password at school bacause he keeps annoying me well he told me his soooo... Then he changed his password before me soooo..... I couldnt get in his account and i have found my stuff so thats ok and i also have hsnged my account pass word to ****** and he doent know XD
