I agree on the money part. I'm not sure about creative because there will be long discussions on who gets to build in it.

Well no not really, their will be seperate invantorys in a seperate world, you should get creative as soon as you enter the world and it would be a public warp or portal like AW or spaceworld

Hey invin. What I meant by who gets to build in it is that most of the people on the server think it should be like CW: you have to show that you are a great builder in order to build in it. So I'm not sure who they'll let into creative world.

Think of it as helping the admins remember what they need to do for the server rather than telling them what to do. That's what I tell myself as I order my minions around =)
